Yes! Rentops Pro is built with Finnish tax rules in mind. It supports capital income tax calculations (30% up to €30,000, 34% above), housing company loan tracking, and generates tax-ready summaries for annual filing.
How much does Rentops Pro cost?
Our Hands-Free management starts at 9% of monthly rent (minimum €80/month per unit). We also offer a Financial Reporting package at €49/month per property for DIY landlords who want professional reporting tools.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Absolutely. Rentops Pro is designed to scale from a single apartment to a large portfolio. Each property can have multiple units, each with their own tenants, income, and expense tracking.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Rentops Pro is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure with encrypted data storage, authenticated API access, and GDPR-compliant data handling. We're a registered Finnish company (Remans Oy, Y-tunnus: 3608693-4).
Can I export my financial reports?
Yes. All reports can be exported as CSV or printed as PDF. Tax summaries can be copied directly for your tax return.
